The Tour of Homes began as a major fundraiser for St. Francis Church in 1968. Six homes are carefully selected each year with varying themes presenting the owners’ individual tastes, design styles and use of color. The church offers shuttle service to escort guests to each of the homes with no worries about parking or long walks.
Complimentary refreshments are offered throughout the day in the parish hall. The Talents Unlimited Boutique in the Parish Hall is also open with an abundance of gift items for your shopping pleasure. The ever-popular Gourmet Shoppe is always a hit with its abundant selection of homemade goodies for sale. The Silent Auction always features a wide array of beautiful, often hand-made items, to match any taste or adorn any environment.
The Tour of Homes is the largest single fund-raising event in the church. Its purpose is to return all earnings back into the community through donations to various charities and organizations. None of the profits stay with or are used for the benefit of St. Francis.
